AuraHireAI is an autonomous recruitment platform that utilizes artificial intelligence to facilitate the connection between job seekers ("Candidates") and employers ("Recruiters"). The Platform provides tools for sourcing, screening, and managing the recruitment lifecycle.

3. User Accounts and Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Violating any local, state, or international laws.
  • Impersonating any person or entity.
  • Attempting to interfere with the Platform's security or integrity.
  • Using automated systems (bots, spiders) to harvest data without authorization.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of AuraHireAI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

5. AI Decision Making and Disclaimer

AuraHireAI uses automated processes to support recruitment. You acknowledge that while we strive for accuracy, these systems are not infallible. Final hiring decisions rest solely with the participating companies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURAHIREAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AuraHireAI is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
